Onboarding Members

This section is designed to help with instructions for New Members.

The first challenge new company secretaries or board portal admins face is the onboarding of the members of their committees.

Some board members can be technologically averse or not well schooled in working online. Also, new ways of doing things can give rise to anxiety and a well prepared onboarding strategy can make all the difference.

This section has some resources which can be sent to new members for guidance.

The first step is to get new members logged in to BoardCloud, which is addressed in How to Login to BoardCloud. This page also include a PDF which can be emailed to new members.
