My BoardCloud Emails Are Not Being Delivered
What to do When Your Password Reset Mails Don’t Arrive
While we take every effort to ensure deliverability of BoardCloud transactional emails, such as password resets, delivery is beyond our control and sometimes important emails go missing.
Look in your email SPAM folder!
Often you will see the email you are missing. If there are too many SPAM emails to sift through, use your email system's search to find your BoardCloud emails. Search for email sender: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do find any mails from this address, be sure to tag these mails as not being SPAM. This will make sure that future BoardCloud emails are sent directly to your inbox.
Often these emails are trapped in the corporation’s email gateway system, like Mimecast or Mail Marshal. The only way to find out if this is happening, is to ask your IT support team to check if any emails from ‘BoardCloud Support’ or the mail address email@example.com have been blocked in their mail gateway.
If they do find this has happened, they can whitelist the sender firstname.lastname@example.org in their system and then you can retry the password reset option.
