The BoardCloud Board Pack Review Process

Once the company secretary (or board administrator) has completed the compiling of the board packet, there may be a need for it to be reviewed and checked before it is published and made available to members.

BoardCloud has a sophisticated process for board pack reviews. In outline the process works like this:

1. Once the pack is ready for review, the secretary selects one of more reviewers
2. These selected reviewers will receive an email with a link to the draft board pack
3. When clicked the link opens the pack in the BoardCloud viewer (members will be required to log in before being granted access to view and edit the pack)
4. Members can now annotate and comment on the pack contents
5. Edits are autosaved against each member’s name
6. The system administrator can elect for all reviews to share comments or for comments to be private for each reviewer
7. Either way, the company secretary will have access to all reviews

Additional Info

There is a review status screen that updates the company secretary on the progress of the reviews. As can be seen from the image below, the first two reviewers in the list below have not yet reviewed the pack.

When the meeting is published the reviews will be automatically cancelled and reviewers will no longer have access to the review document.

Review Invites can be sent as many times as necessary for a particular review.
